orientation Leader
During my two years as an orientation leader, I got to lead “clubs” of first-year students alongside a co-leader. Together, we built a community among the students and fostered belonging on campus.
I still see my “clubbies” eating lunch together. Seeing the lasting community I helped build is so gratifying. I love seeing them around campus, continuing to be a resource and role model for them, and watching them thrive in college. I’ve been told I have truly made a difference in their lives at college and that is why I do what I do!

camp Counselor
Before I became the Media Coordinator, I spent two summers counseling at Camp Wapo. I got to walk alongside my campers each week and cultivate a fun and faith-filled experience for them.
I believe that creating a safe space for campers to be themselves and grow in faith is the most transformative work I have done. I know the impact firsthand because of how I was changed by the counselors I had when I was a camper at Wapo myself.
barry scholar
I am the recipient of the Offutt School of Business Barry Scholarship for exceptional leadership, community service involvement, entrepreneurial spirit, and academic success. As a part of this scholarship, I am researching expanding the Music and Business Entrepreneurship Program at Concordia College. I also assume leadership responsibilities in the Offutt School of Business and get the opportunity to travel to Arizona for a conference. As an extension of my research, I got the opportunity to emcee the Fall 2024 Music and Entrepreneurship Day at Concordia and moderate the panel of musical entrepreneurs.
